These terms apply when you use mxncells.com or engage MXNCELLS to coordinate a trip. By using the site or our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What MXNCELLS does
We provide marketing, coordination, and travel-support services. We introduce you to independent physicians and clinics in Mexico, help arrange a consultation, and organise the practical parts of a trip around it.
What MXNCELLS does not do
We do not practise medicine. We do not diagnose, prescribe, provide medical advice, select treatments, or direct the clinical judgement of any physician. We are not your healthcare provider, and using this site or contacting us does not create a physician-patient relationship with anyone.
Medical services are provided solely by licensed professionals in Mexico. They decide whether treatment is appropriate for you, and they are responsible for the care they provide. Eligibility, risks, benefits, alternatives, and expectations must be discussed with your treating physician.
No guarantee of outcome
MXNCELLS does not guarantee any medical outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a result. If an independent physician concludes that treatment is not appropriate for you, that is the answer, and we will tell you so.
Independent providers
Physicians and clinics we introduce you to are independent. We do not employ them, control them, or supervise their work. Your agreement for medical services is with them, on their terms.
We may receive a fee for referrals. This never changes what you pay.
Fees
Our coordination fees are quoted to you before anything is scheduled, and are separate from what a clinic charges for medical services. You will have both figures in writing before you commit to travel. Coordination fees are non-refundable once services begin.
Any deposit or payment you make to a clinic is governed by that clinic's terms, not ours.
Travel is your responsibility
You purchase and manage your own flights, accommodation, and travel insurance. We help you plan and tell you what to book, but we are not a travel agency and we do not buy travel on your behalf. We recommend flexible reservations where possible.
You are responsible for your passport, visas, entry requirements, and for checking current government travel guidance before you depart.
Information you give us
You agree that what you tell us is accurate, and that you have the right to share it. If you give us information about someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
Using this site
The content on this site is for general information. It is not medical advice, and it does not describe what is appropriate for you. Do not use this site to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to submit false information, or for any unlawful purpose.
The text, design, and images on this site belong to MXNCELLS or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.
Third-party services and links
This site links to and relies on services operated by others. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MXNCELLS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any independent physician, clinic, hotel, airline, or other third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the coordination fees you paid us for the engagement the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MXNCELLS is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
