MXNCELLS is a marketing, coordination, and travel-support company. We are not a medical provider. This policy explains what we collect when you use mxncells.com or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you complete a form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address and phone number
- The location you are interested in
- The area of care you are asking about
- Anything else you choose to write in the message field
You decide how much to tell us. Only your name and one way to reach you are required.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we receive technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site you arrived from. We also use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, which is described below and which you can decline.
Health-related information
Some of what you tell us relates to your health. We treat it accordingly. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with advertising platforms. Our advertising tools are configured so that the area of care you select is never passed to them.
MXNCELLS does not provide medical care and is not your healthcare provider. Information you share with an independent physician or clinic during your consultation is held by them under the law that applies to them, not by us.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and arrange a consultation with an independent physician
- To coordinate scheduling, travel timing, and the practical parts of your trip
- To answer questions you ask us
- To keep records of our own coordination work
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful
Who we share it with
We share your information in three situations, and no others:
- The clinic or physician you ask us to contact. We share what they need to evaluate and schedule you. We do not send your details to providers you have not asked about.
- Service providers who run parts of our operation. Cloudflare hosts this site and our database. Resend delivers our email. Meta provides advertising measurement. They may process information on our behalf in order to provide those services.
- Where the law requires it. For example, in response to a lawful legal request.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising reaches people who find the site useful. It sets cookies in your browser and reports which pages you viewed.
It does not load until you accept it. When you first visit, you are asked to choose. If you decline, the pixel is never loaded and no advertising cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time using the button below.
We never pass the area of care you selected, your message, or any other health-related detail to Meta or any advertising platform.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and coordination records for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep proper business records. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
- Stop sharing your information with anyone other than as required by law

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under state consumer health data laws. Those rights apply to you whether or not they are listed here, and the same email address reaches us for all of them.
Security
Information you send us is encrypted in transit and stored in an access-controlled database. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on the site rather than published quietly.
